*PLEASE NOTE that this property only has a small, portable air-conditioning unit. This unit does help cut the heat intensity but we also suggest that you follow these tips...
We've found that if you open the windows up during the cooler evening/night hours and then close them and bring the blinds down during the warm daytime hours, the condo stays quite comfortable. If you require full air-conditioning, this condo, in the warmest summer months, may not be the best fit for you.

--SPENDING THE DAY--

Begin your morning by simply sitting up in bed - soak in the moment, as the morning sun sheds its light on the expansive views. Pour yourself a freshly brewed cup of coffee and enjoy the anticipation of the day. Days in CO are often spent exploring the great outdoors. Depending on the season, you'll have opportunities for hiking, skiing/snowboarding, snowmobiling, mountain biking, fishing, horseback riding, taking in concerts & festivals, just to name a few. Whatever you decide to do in your day, it's bound to be exciting and no doubt, new, favorite memories will be made. There's comfort in knowing that at the end of an active day, you'll have Serenity At Snowmass to retreat back to - a luxuriously cozy bed, and the beautiful anticipation of another day of vacation, when the sun rises again in the morning.

Serenity At Snowmass is newly renovated (Winter 2025), boasting an expansive, open concept living room/kitchen/dining space making for excellent group interaction. This is a 3rd floor, corner condo which allows for ample windows, lots of natural light, privacy, and beautiful views!

This condo does NOT have air conditioning (which is standard in the area). We've found that if you open all of the windows in the evening and night-time hours. to let the fresh mountain air in, and then close them up before the sun begins to heat up during the day, the space stays quite comfortable. There is a box fan for your use to aid in air flow.

*We accept instant booking but please reach out prior to booking if you have any questions; Molly, the host, is happy to help.
*After booking, and returning your rental agreement, you will receive a Digital Guidebook. This handy tool works like an app on your phone and will walk you through all you'll need for planning your vacation and staying at Serenity At Snowmass.
*Please sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until this has been properly filled out and returned.

-Payment at arrival is not an option
-Full payment and signed rental agreement must returned w/in 48 hrs of making reservation
-Cancelation policy: guest receives 100% (less $100 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $100 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
