Steps to the Beach! Just “Wait-N-Sea” what this condo has to offer!

This unit is oceanfront located on North Topsail Beach, NC. It’s the perfect place to relax listening to the sound of the waves or watch the sunrise on the balcony while enjoying your morning coffee and a soothing breeze. Come ready with the family to jump in the waves or have a quiet romantic vacation for two.

**Please note that the recent hurricanes that have hit NC have impacted our beach. There are times that we have very limited sand on the beach from our property especially during high tide. The stairs to our buildings beach access sometimes get closed due to beach erosion. You will still be able to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views but may need to drive a little further south for better access as our beaches are being restored. Sand is added almost every spring/summer to give us more beach but we have no guarantees. just want to be honest before you book.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a TV with a full bath right down the hall. There are 2 twin bunk beds situated in the hall and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room (imagine sleeping to the sound of the waves crashing). The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to accommodate cooking needs. The living room offers cozy seating and a flat-screen TV, along with the best ocean views you could ask for.

This property offers private beach access, 2 parking spaces with parking passes, two gazebos with grills for guest-use, and on-site laundry located in two buildings. Families with children can enjoy the beach while swimming or searching for shells, sea glass and don’t forget sharks’ teeth, and later plan a night of visiting local restaurants. Don’t wait, it’s time to sea!

SPECIAL NOTES FOR TRAVELERS:

Please take note that this is a 2nd floor condo with no elevator. While the 2nd floor provides breathtaking views, guests who may have difficulty ascending stairs with luggage, groceries, etc. should take this into consideration.

Pets- Unfortunately, no pets of any kind are allowed. This is a strict HOA policy.

Parking- Passes are provided for two vehicles only. A $50 fee per parking pass that is not left at check-out will be charged.

Toiletries & paper goods- We provide paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap to get you started, you may need to purchase more.

Linens- Full set of linens and comforter/quilt provided for each bed. Bath towels also provided. Absolutely none of the provided linens are to be used on the beach, replacement costs will be charged.

Laundry- There is communal coin/card operated laundry in the adjacent building.

Grocery delivery- We highly recommend Food Lion's grocery delivery service- it is super convenient and helps to maximize your relaxation time.
