Shipwatch Villas is an oceanfront resort located at the northern tip of the island, where guests can enjoy tennis courts, and an oceanfront swimming pool with sundeck. Travelers will have private beach access, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf. Several grilling areas, picnic spots, and horseshoe pit, make Shipwatch Villas the ideal beach vacation destination for outdoor dining and socializing. Elevator access ensures convenience. Additional amenities include a shower and rinse-off station, boardwalk access to the sand beaches, and ample greenspace for relaxation. Step out on their balcony and see the ocean: a semi-open floor plan features natural light and a private balcony off the main living area, providing a comfortable, coastal living experience. Just 11 minutes away is a golf course and library, as well as shopping, and dining at Sneads Ferry. The Seaview Fishing Pier is 4 minutes away and Surf City is 20 minutes down the beach. There are also a few beach restaurants and small shops scattered along the way.
Ground Level:
Designated parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Pool, private beach access, sand shower, tennis, grills. Elevator.
Property Level: We are a one story condo on the 4th floor, directly on the oceanfront.
Primary Bedroom Suite: king bed, ocean view from the bed, upholstered side chair, dresser & mirror, TV, ceiling fan, sliding door access to oceanfront balcony, ensuite bath
Primary Ensuite Bath: bathtub and shower, wide vanity with extra counter space and single sink, toilet.
Guest Bedroom 1: queen bed, dresser and mirror, bamboo side chair, TV, ceiling fan, sliding door access to oceanfront balcony.
Hallway Bath: bathtub and shower, double vanity, toilet.
Guest Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, chest, ceiling fan.
Laundry Closet: full-size washer and dryer.
Kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, glass top electric range, microwave, dishwasher, double stainless sink, fully equipped for meals at home.
Dining Room: dining table seats 6, seating for 2 at console table, seating for 2 at kitchen bar, ceiling fan.
Living Room: sofa, swivel side chairs, book case with books for guest to share, wall mounted large screen TV, ceiling fan, wicker side chairs, sliding doors to oceanfront balcony.
Balcony: oceanfront, ocean view and ocean access view, Adirondack pub table vignette, side chairs, cocktail table.
Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
