A Little Sand & Serenity invites you to come and relax at your “home away from home”. This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms providing comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests. Each room is tastefully decorated offering a peaceful sanctuary to unwind for the evening or to relax in the day. The home has magnificent views that you will instantly fall in love with. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore right outside your window. Sip your coffee while sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean, or take in the serene views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the back balcony.

As you step inside, you will immediately be captivated by the panoramic views of the beautiful Topsail Island shoreline. The expansive windows and vaulted ceiling fill the open living area with natural light and sparkling reflections from the sea, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Just steps away, take a splash in the ocean or a dip in the crystal-clear swimming pool, soak up the sun by the sea or settle in on the sofa with a book or a movie. Each room has a flat screen TV. All of the bedrooms have Roku devices that allow for use of all streaming services. The top floor Primary has a Smart TV as well as a large screened TV in the Family Room which includes a wired cable box w/show recording capabilities.

This lovely four bedroom and three and a half bathroom direct oceanfront townhome provides comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests. Each bedroom is decorated with perfection, offering the perfect location for total relaxation.

This lovely beach home is laid out with a reverse floorplan. The living area, kitchen, dining and one of the king primary bedrooms with en suite bathroom are located on the upper level (2nd level) to enhance the spectacular ocean and Intracoastal views.

The lower level (1st level) consists of another en suite king primary bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin bunkbeds, a full bath and a laundry room.

The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, comfortable swivel armchairs, side tables with lamps, nesting coffee table, console table (provides storage of “take one leave one” beach reads, cards, & board games), ceiling fan, TV with cable box and direct access out to the oceanfront deck. The deck is equipped with 5 oversized poly Adirondack chairs (the best place to catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming by). Step out on the deck and breathe in the salty sea air and enjoy the gentle ocean breezes. With direct beach access at your fingertips, you can spend your days lounging on the white sandy beach or poolside, building sandcastles, or taking leisurely walks along the beach.

The kitchen is will equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation including all major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include stainless double door fridge with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range oven combo with double oven, built-in stainless-steel microwave and a stainless dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include a K-cup & coffee pot combo, toaster and blender. This kitchen is well stocked with all the standard pots, pans, cookware, dinnerware etc. The kitchen is also equipped with a food pantry and an adjacent half bath.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is open to a wall of glass windows that showcases the shimmering Atlantic Ocean in the background. You will not want to miss your spot at this table while making beautiful memories. The dining table will seat 6 comfortably with 4 others at the kitchen counter bar area.

En suite Primary bedroom 1 – To the rear of the home on this same top level you will find one of the two king primary bedrooms. This tranquil bedroom is equipped with a farmhouse king bed w/ an attached footboard bench for extra storage/seating, night stands and lamps, large matching farmhouse dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, flatscreen Smart TV, walk-in closet, private Intracoastal facing balcony with seating for two and a private bath with large soaking tub and shower.

As you head downstairs to the 1st living level you will find en suite primary bedroom 2 which is located on the oceanfront side of the home. This bedroom has a king bed, storage bench/extra seating, nightstands and lamps, large dresser, mirror, closet, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV and a private bathroom including tub and shower. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find ample comfortable seating and an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water as well as access down to the pool and out to the beach.

To the rear of the home, you will find bedroom 3. Here you will find a queen bed, storage chest, night stand and lamp, closet, ceiling fan and flatscreen TV. This bedroom also has access out to the Intracoastal facing balcony.

Bedroom 4 is located on the rear of the home and has 2 twin bunk bed sets (2 bunkbeds that sleep 4). This room has a flatscreen TV and access out to the Intracoastal facing balcony.

Down the hallway adjacent to the bedrooms is a large bath with tub and shower as well as a full laundry area with washer and dryer.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
