Welcome to our stunning condo at the St. Regis in North Topsail Beach, NC! This beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers incredible ocean views from every room, ensuring a memorable stay for up to 6 guests.

The spacious living room features a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin bunk bed, perfect for those traveling with children. Guests will also enjoy the flat-screen Smart TV, free WiFi, and a DVD player, perfect for cozy movie nights.

Step out onto the balcony with seating to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the soothing sounds of the ocean.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a breakfast bar with stools for casual dining. The condo boasts stylish updates throughout and has no carpet, providing a clean and contemporary feel.

Unwind in the cozy, well-appointed master suite featuring a plush queen-sized bed, soft linens, and ample storage space. Perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day of beachside adventures.

Enjoy the convenience and privacy of your own bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. With two full bathrooms, everyone will have plenty of room to refresh and prepare for the day.

Guests will be supplied with a start up kit consisting of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, and trash bags upon arrival. Guests must purchase additional supplies, if needed.

For your comfort, one fresh bath towel is provided per guest for the duration of your stay.

If you’d like to book a stay longer than 21 nights, just message us through the booking platform and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request. For stays over 21 nights, there’s a required mid-stay cleaning fee that guests are responsible for.

This property has a No Pet Policy. Pets are strictly prohibited and a fine will be imposed for any unauthorized pets plus immediate removal.

The St. Regis offers amazing amenities including onsite parking, private beach access, an open-air swimming pool, sauna, exercise room, grilling area, pickleball and basketball courts, playground, onsite restaurant, game room, ice cream shop, and seasonal food and drinks by the pool!

The covered pool is heated allowing for off-season enjoyment as weather permits. The offseason (October–April) operational hours for both the main pool and the covered pool will be from 9:00 AM to dusk (approximately 7:00 PM, depending on the season), in accordance with Onslow County community pool regulations. Currently, swimming after dark is not allowed due to evolving Onslow County lighting requirements, which were updated since we last upgraded our lighting system. During the summertime the pool is open from 9:00am through 8:30pm.

The covered pool is salt water, heated and has an access-controlled ADA bathroom located at the end of the wooded walkway.

Plushy nor Owner is responsible for any complex amenities to be closed or out of order due to weather or maintenance during stay.

These start up supplies are provided: toilet paper, paper towels, dish-washing tablets, trash bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or laundry detergent.

As our property is located right on the beach, you may encounter local critters or pests, such as small insects or animals, that are common in the area. Please be aware and mindful of your surroundings while enjoying the natural beauty of the beach.

Fresh linens and towels are provided for every stay. To keep things extra clean, they come professionally laundered, sealed, and placed in a bin inside the home where you can easily find them. Each package includes printed instructions, so you’ll know exactly what’s inside and how to set things up. Beds aren’t pre-made, giving you the option to make them just the way you like, with the reassurance that everything is freshly prepared just for you.
