Ocean Oasis boasts modern coastal comfort and cleanliness with porcelain tile floors throughout, shiplap, quartz and marble countertops. The reverse floor plan, vaulted open and airy living, dining and kitchen area provides expansive and panoramic ocean, sound and intracoastal views, The large living space to entertain family, friends and guests is comfortable and provides the ambiance of the modern gas fireplace. A few family games, puzzles and books are provided and can be enjoyed at the large sectional seating and coffee table, large dining table or the additional seating nook.

The private, oversized sun deck and covered gazebo built at the dune are the signature crown of this property and provides guests with direct and private access to the beach and hot and cold-water foot wash and shower head to rinse off the day's sand. Guest can escape the sand while relaxing on the Adirondak chairs on the sun deck or the sun under the covered gazebo enjoying meals or snacks at the picnic table or drinks at the bar ledge with additional seating. The sun deck and gazebo are accessible from all levels of the house.
