North Topsail Beach Access is only a skip and a hop two tenths of a mile down 11th Avenue to reach the unspoiled beach and ocean, and you won't even have to walk the plank! The back yard connects directly with the saltmarsh, so bring a crab trap and a fishing pole! Swashbuckling fisherman can use the community dock to fish, where you can also tie off a kayak or flat bottom boat.

Community Pool. Sound side dock for flat bottom boats. Private community fishing pier & gazebo.

Private free parking limited to 2 vehicles. 

Waterfront Back Patio: sound side, side chairs, grassy yard.

Guest Bunkroom: twin over twin bunkbed, toys and games to share with guest, side chairs, smart TV, ceiling fan, sliding doors to screen porch.

Screened in Porch: sound view, Adirondack chairs, polywood dining table seats 4



Level 3:

King Bedroom: king size brass bed, wicker dresser with smart TV, wicker dressing mirror, 2 side chairs, ceiling fan, ensuite private sun deck.

Ensuite Private Sound View Sun Deck: Adirondack chairs.

Shared Hallway Bath: step-in shower, wide granite topped vanity with single sink, toilet

Guest Queen Room: queen bed, wicker dressing table and mirror, side chair, smart TV, ceiling fan. 



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice: 

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. The first pet is included in the rent. An additional dog may be brought with restrictions and additional payment.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
