Luxury Awaits! This home will provide you the ultimate beach vacation. Come and enjoy the beach in this luxurious oceanfront home with a magnificent and unobstructed view of the glistening Atlantic Ocean as well as the community pool. The private beach crossover is right out infront of the home and it ensures you’ll feel you have the beach all to yourself. To add to your enjoyment, you will also find a private hot tub on the oceanside deck where you can enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the surf as it crashes along the beautiful Topsail Island shoreline.

The home features 4 bedrooms with 4.5 baths and will sleep 13 comfortably. The bedding set-up includes 2 kings, 2 queens, 1 pyramid bunk (sleeps 3) and 1 queen sleeper sofa.

As you first approach the home you will notice it has a two-car garage and plenty of additional parking space in the driveway. From the garage there is a wet weather entry which is great when bringing in supplies on a rainy day. The home also has a large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

As you enter this lovely home either from the wet weather entry (garage area) or from the oceanside deck you will find yourself in a foyer area between the kitchen and the living room on the first living level.

The kitchen is a showplace and everything is in pristine condition. Here you will find custom cabinetry topped with beautiful solid surface quartz countertops and a custom tile backsplash. The major appliances such as the refrigerator and the dishwasher are all stainless steel and there is a smooth top range/oven mounted in the large center island where you will also find additional dining space for 3. There is a large countertop microwave as well as a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as plenty of storage. The custom hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen is great for durability but it also enhances the overall beauty of the kitchen area.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with a large round table that will accommodate 8 guests, with 3 additional at the kitchen bar area. You will not want to leave this dining area as it is best described as “the room with mesmerizing views”. The three dining room walls that directly face the ocean and the pool are enclosed with beautiful custom windows that allows you to experience lovely water views from all directions. Here you can enjoy your meals while having an excellent view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean directly in front of you.

The living area consists of two separate and adjoining spaces on this first level of the home. The main living area is oceanfront and is equipped with a large sectional sofa, recliners, numerous end tables and lamps, ceiling fan, 75” 4K smart TV with soundbar and Blu-ray player, convenient half bath, hardwood flooring and a magnificent view of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Here you will also have direct access out to the oceanfront covered porch and deck area where you will find plenty of comfortable seating for enjoying that morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise as it peeks above the horizon.This deck is also the location of the oceanfront hot tub. What a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the cool ocean breezes!

Back inside and adjacent to the main living room as just described, you will find a secondary living area that is separated by two doors, and when all opened, it appears as one extra-large living area. This room has a sleeper sofa, arm chair, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV. The room also provides direct access out to a private rear deck. This cozy living area is a great spot for those that may need to catch up on work and need a private location that can be temporarily blocked off from the larger main living area.

Bedroom 1 is located on this same level as well and it is equipped with a queen bed, night stands, lamps, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV as well as a full bath with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has direct access out to the rear private deck area.

As you move up to the top level of the home you will first approach a very cozy upstairs sitting area that is equipped with a loveseat, bench, arm chair with ottoman, ceiling fan, lamps and end tables. This unique area is located between all the top floor bedrooms at the top of the stairs and provides a great spot for conversation and enjoying the wonderful ocean views. From here you have direct access out to an oceanfront balcony which is equipped with comfortable seating from which you can enjoy absolutely mesmerizing views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. You will love this spot.

Bedroom 2 is located to the rear of the home and is a great spot for the kids to hang out. It is equipped with a pyramid bunk (sleeps 3) and a queen bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom will sleep 5 comfortably. The room also has a ceiling fan, flatscreen TV and dresser. Just outside the door in the hallway is a full bath with a tub and shower combination.

Adjacent to bedroom 2 you will find a full laundry area equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

To the oceanside of the home on this same level you will find bedroom 3 which is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, night stands, lamps and a dresser. This bedroom is also equipped with a full private bath with tub and shower combination.

Across the hallway you will find the master bedroom (bedroom 4) which is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, lamps and night stands, dresser and a wall mounted 55” 4K smart TV. This bedroom is also equipped with a large private bath with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. This is certainly a glamorous master suite not to mention the wonderful ocean views.

Flooring throughout the home is hardwood and all bathrooms have tile.

High speed wireless internet (WiFi) is provided throughout the home.

ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
