This home has it all, offering a private hot tub, Tiki bar, Peloton home gym, EV charger, and more! This home is dog-friendly and warmly welcomes up to three dogs for an additional non-refundable fee of $200 per dog.

With three bedrooms, this home ensures both comfort and seclusion for all guests. The upper level bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, with the master suite boasting an additional twin sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The lower level bedroom, decorated in a "fish tank' theme, offers a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds (four twins), along with a private bathroom. The living room is equipped with both a queen-size sleeper sofa and futon.

Recently renovated, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking necessities needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. The kitchen features a Keurig, drip coffee maker, an additional beverage refrigerator, spices, plenty of dishes, and more. Additionally, there is a bait and ice freezer located on the lower level.

Experience a unique fitness journey with an amenity not often found in a rental property - Helluva View offers a home gym with a Peloton bike, equipped with Delta compatible cleats and shoe baskets for non-compatible cycling shoes, offering access to a variety of cycling, strength, Pilates, yoga, dance cardio, and more. Yoga mats, free weights, and additional equipment can also be found in the home gym.

Outside, immerse yourself in relaxation and entertainment. Whether lounging on the upper deck overlooking the water or within the screened-in lower deck, unwind in the inviting hot tub amidst tranquil surroundings. Ample entertainment space awaits with lounge sofas, high-top tables, a tiki bar, and a TV in the screened-in lower deck. The upper deck provides several tables and chairs for seating up to 14, ideal for savoring sunsets over the Sound. Waterside amenities include a grilling area, picnic table, and outdoor shower. Guests can also enjoy the complimentary use of kayaks, stand-up paddleboard, and crab traps throughout their stay.

The house is equipped with an EV charger (NEMA 14-30) for your electric vehicle. Mobile charger adapter not included (varies by vehicle type). There are keyless entry locks and guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.
