The third level is the main living area, with the kitchen, dining, and living room laid out in an open concept under high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows looking straight out to the Atlantic. The king primary suite is also on this level, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower, plus a private balcony with expansive views over the Intracoastal Waterway.
