We had a wonderful stay. A few steps to beach. Not crowded since it’s not a public access. House was clean and plenty of room. It was perfect for our family of 9 and a baby.

The kitchen was fairly equipped but lacked a strainer which we needed. The refrigerator was clean but the counters were sticky when we arrived. The trash inside the house was emptied but the container outside was full. It was nice to have the hand soap in the bathrooms but one bathroom was missing it. The bedroom with the washer/dryer was not well thought out for clothing for the people sleeping in that room. Perhaps the closet could be customized to be more efficient. The hand towels were nice but one towel per person at the beach is not enough. Generally, a towel is needed for hair and one for body. The bed pillows were breaking down and need to be replaced. The house was generally clean in that the furniture & floors were dusted and cleaned but the walls and baseboards were dirty. The shower in the 3rd floor master was not clean with water spots on the glass and mold on the floor. There was also hair in the shower. A fall or spring cleaning should be considered. The hostess was reliable and friendly.

We had a wonderful week here. The access to the beach is great and the area is beautiful. The house was perfect for our family and had all the amenities needed. Loved the layout of the rooms as well. Heather was a great host & we would return here.

Perfect for us!

This house was perfect. Short walk to the beach and there was a wagon to carry everything. Heather was wonderful. My grandson left his clothes in a drawer and she was quick to offer to get them back to me. Every time I texted her with a question, she responded right away. I could not ask for a better host. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Week at the beach

This was a beautiful home just a few steps from the beach. The top floor was spacious and well equipped for our multi-generational group. The elevator was so helpful for my elderly mother, unloading upon arrival and when carrying the baby. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and pretty. Our Host was so helpful. We are so glad we chose this home for our stay

Family Beach Vacation

Our family vacation this year to beautiful North Topsail Beach was steps from the beach in this VRBO home. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and enough space to work. The layout worked great for our 8 adults & 2 toddlers—keeping parents and kids on same floor—not same room! One caveat, there are vertical blinds or horizontal blinds throughout the home—while beautiful, they don’t block the light! Early rising meant we were on the beach by 9! It was great to have the elevator—which we used to unload/load our stuff, however we challenged ourselves to use the stairs. The main living room and kitchen on the top floor was great for views both oceanside and intercoastal side. Magnificent sunset! Great location, easy access, we would recommend this home!

Comfortable and Convenient

Our family was comfortable in the spacious rooms, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms. There is an ocean view from the porches and views of the Inter-coastal waterway on the opposite side of the house. The beach is only steps away. The owner was very quick to deal with a few issues as we settled in.

Everything I hoped for!

Our family loved our week at “Pierfectly Content!!” Beach access was so easy & close our grand daughter could nap at the house while Son & Wife took the 3 year old for beach time. We enjoyed the views of both the ocean and the sound side. Moon and sunrises AND sunsets! Heather was super helpful with any questions and tips. We look forward to coming back to this beautiful home! We had 11 family members stay is this house and we had so much room! House was very clean, well stocked, and easy to find. The beds were super comfortable and liked that the linen service have is fresh sheets at check in! We would definitely stay here again!

Beach get away

This is a very nice house steps away from the ocean. Everything was clean and well stocked. The beach was not crowded at all. We could leave our chairs on the beach and go up and eat and come back down with no worries of anyone taking anything. Owners were very quick and helpful when they were contacted. Beautiful North Topsail home

Beautifully decorated home just steps from the ocean and pier. The house was spotless and well equipped with all the amenities. Heather was so nice and very responsive to any questions and needs. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
