Obtaining entry information was challenging. There were several household items in need of repair (a curtain rod, a chair, and an outdoor chair). Most disappointing was that we had to check out a day early because of an impending snowstorm that would create hazardous road conditions. I advised our host and requested a full or partial refund, which was declined. However, VRBO did provide an immediate refund for that early departure, which I am grateful for. I won't not recommend this venue, just be aware that it took several hours to obtain access instructions and the housekeeper should have been aware of the broken items. One last note: each bedroom had a refrigerator, there was a stove top and microwave, so it was not a fully functional kitchen.
