The Sunrise Treehouse Experience
Life in the Canopy: Wake up above the trees. Our high roofline and expansive vaulted windows are precision-aligned to frame the sunrise over the water every morning.
Total Privacy: You have an entire wooded acre to yourself. It’s a quiet, secluded setting that blurs the line between a designer interior and the surrounding forest.
The Golden Hour Deck: A massive wraparound space tailored for morning coffee and evening silence, complete with a hammock for slow afternoons and a private fire pit (we provide the firewood).
High-Performance Living
Executive-Grade Wi-Fi: 576 Mbps Fiber (Airbnb Verified). High-stakes video calls and 4K streaming are seamless in the canopy.
Single-Level Luxury: The layout is entirely one floor with zero interior stairs. It’s an effortless, open-concept space that offers total peace of mind for families.
Full Chef’s Kitchen: This is a proper kitchen for real cooking, featuring a full-sized stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a dedicated coffee station.
Family Ready: We’ve lightened your load—a Pack ‘n Play is available on-site for the younger guests.
Getting on the Water
You have two great options right at your fingertips.
1. The Local Launch: Puckett Point
Just a 5-minute walk/1 minute drive from the house!
Directions: Take a right out of the driveway and head to the end of the road.
The Vibe: This is the perfect spot to launch your boat, kayak, or paddleboard. It’s also a great local "hidden gem" for a quick swim or an afternoon of fishing.
Note: This is a public "put in" point with no dock, so it's best for those who prefer a quick, natural entry to the water.
2. The Full-Service Spot: Hurricane Marina
A short 10 minute drive from the house.
Amenities: This is a premier marina on the lake. It's home to a great restaurant, a ship store for snacks and supplies, and full restroom facilities.
Rentals: If you didn't bring your own boat, this is where you can rent premium pontoons and water toys to make the most of your stay.
Location & Logistics
Effortless Water Access: You are just 400 yards (a 1-minute drive) from the public boat launch. Skip the marina crowds and be on the water in minutes.
Trailer-Friendly: Our extra-long driveway easily accommodates multiple vehicles and boat trailers up to 16ft.
The Gateway: You’re minutes from the area’s premier waterfalls, hiking trails, and local breweries, with the Appalachian Center for Crafts just down the road.
The Details
For rainy days or quiet nights, enjoy the arcade cabinet, smart projector, and curated board game library. The home is equipped with central HVAC, an indoor fireplace, and a full laundry suite with detergent provided. Check-in is seamless via smart lock, and your privacy is paramount—we only use exterior security cameras to monitor the entry and driveway.
Pet Friendly
One dog up to 40 lbs, or 2 not exceeding a total of 60 pounds is welcome with a $60/pet fee. Larger or additional dogs may be considered case by case with prior approval. If a dog is left unattended in the house, it must be crated. We ask that pets be well managed during the stay and kept off furniture when possible. The pet fee does not cover damage or excessive cleaning, and any additional cleaning, repair, or replacement caused by a pet may result in extra charges. Service animals are welcome, as required by law.
