« If you plan to spend a football weekend at this property, plan to contend with a building full of noisy, rowdy, perhaps drunken students with cleanliness standards far below your own. These rooms are located in a large complex of apartments that caters to students, and it shows. Empty liquor bottles and pizza boxes, outdoor detritus (leaves and mud), and discarded amazon boxes litter the communal areas such as the lobby and game room. « The room was exactly as advertised... clean, spacious, bright and chic. Nice location right on the town square! Was very comfortable. Great shower! I'd stay again.Young people from around town are rowdy outside at night, so be aware of that. You can hear them a little bit outside till the wee morning hours. That might have only been because it's summer when there are no classes. »

« Lovely property, easy walk to everything, »

« Property was clean and modern. Location is great in the middle of Bloomington but that comes with a lot of late night noise on busy party weekends. We used the unit because it had a kitchen and we needed to bake and cook for an IU football tailgate party. There was hardly any baking items in the unit. No baking sheets, pans, mixing bowls, or oven mitts to remove hot items. Additionally, there were no dish cloths or towels to do the dishes that we needed to reuse for cooking. I had...

« Great place overall! Loved the deer in the back area Sunday morning! One note for IU visitors: Had some challenges getting an Uber to/from IU campus during an extra busy football weekend. I couldn’t get an Uber game day morning and then one Uber driver didn’t want to go back later that Saturday night; I tipped him extra cash to help convince him. It worked fine on the Friday night. »

« Wonderful stay. Place was very clean and everything was as listed. Neighborhood was quiet and nice places to walk. Enjoyed the wildlife. Even the deer were friendly. »

It means a lot that you'll stay with us again when you're back in town — I'll have it ready for you! Thank you so much for the 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Any suggestions for the...
