« Where to begin… Pool & hot tub were out of order (I phoned prior to booking and the staff said they were repaired and functional). It is worth mentioning that this was the main reason for selecting this hotel. The clerk was reluctant to offer a refund, and stated that I needed to contact Expedia to get a refund.
