Located in a quiet residential area just minutes from Sligo town, Riverdale offers a modern four-bedroom layout designed for easy stays with family or friends. Underfloor heating runs throughout, creating a warm and comfortable setting from the moment you arrive. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area brings everyone together, while nearby trails, coastal views, and local landmarks add to the appeal of this well-placed home.



Inside, clean lines and muted tones shape the main living space, with seating arranged for unwinding after a day along the coast. Large windows keep the rooms bright, and the open layout flows naturally into a contemporary kitchen equipped for everyday cooking and shared meals.



The home sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms: two with king beds, one with a double, and a final room with a double bunk setup that suits both adults and younger guests. An electric shower serves the main bath, and an additional WC adds convenience. Underfloor heating throughout is powered by an air-to-water system for steady, comfortable warmth.



Riverdale sits in a peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to Sligo’s best-known destinations.
