Stayed 2 nights, booked 1 month in advance. First, the bad. No actual Check-In process was communicated, so I took it upon myself to text the owner that we had arrived. The Wi-fi gateway was constantly dropping out in the afternoon & early evening, which became a major issue since the TVs use YouTube TV. By dropping out I mean connected for 10-15 minutes, then disconnected for 5-10 minutes, cycling this way over and over. It got less frequent later in the evening, but made TV viewing very frustrating. The other major issue was the lights over the staircase were non-functioning. This is a safety issue since the bedroom is a loft & the bathroom is on the lower level. We left the bathroom lights on overnight to provide some lighting for the stairs. At 4 A.M. on the first night we were awaked to the sound of a lightbulb shattering (must have overheated) & then had to get up to clean up broken glass in the bathroom. I texted the owner in the morning & she said she would send someone out to replace the spent/broken bulbs, but when we returned to the cabin after 6 P.M. nothing had been replaced & no further communication. Fail!Now, the good. The cabin was clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The hot tub is very nice & was our favorite feature (especially after a full day of hiking!).Overall, I give it a grade of "C".
