The Treehouse Cabin is nestled in the Dogwood trees in the historic Arrowhead Villas area. Our cozy cabin is private, peaceful, secure, and charming! It has undergone recent remodel and renovation. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend away from city noise is here. Watch the snow fall and relax a while!

Every room has a smart tv (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).

Our private cabin has a two space vehicle deck. When you walk down the few steps to the cabin, you are immediately in the middle of the woods. Once you enter the cabin, you will enter the first floor. On the first floor you will find the living room, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and balcony.

Downstairs you will find the two bedrooms, bathroom, washer/dryer area, and two balconies.

The entire home will be accessible to guests. As noted above, we have a two space vehicle deck. Guests will have access to the cabin by utilizing our keyless entry.

We understand that guests want their privacy. We will be available 24/7 through Airbnb messaging for any questions or concerns during your stay.

Our cabin is located in the historic Arrowhead Villas area. This area is very peaceful and private.

We are 1 mile away from Lake Arrowhead Village and lake. Our street is easily accessible from the main road (even in snow). We are also located less than 2 minute drive from Santa's Village.

Before driving to Lake Arrowhead, make sure to check weather. When it snows heavily, you will not be allowed to drive up the mountain without snow chains.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere near the property and no parties.
HOUSE RULES:

1) Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates the House Rules. If you arrive with more guests than you booked, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.

2) Check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time. Please don't arrive early without prior notice we have agreed on early check-in and the early check-in fee was paid.

3) No pets.

4) No smoking in the house.

5) No eating in the bedrooms

6) No parties / No events

7) No illegal activity, this includes marijuana. The smell is horrible!

8) Please don't walk around in the home with your shoes on. Please take them off when waking throughout the home.

9) This is a quiet area, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment. Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am.

10) Please leave the place neat and clean before leaving. This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the shower.
