« From the minute we stepped inside we were welcomed by friendly helpful staff. The rooms were clean and roomy. The food was excellent and the dining room service was excellent…..evening meal and breakfast. The views were incredible, the location was beautiful. Would definitely stay again and would definite, recommend, 100%. »

« Clearly there’s a leadership issue at this hotel. The Staff were nice but clearly not well trained or motivated. Long check in line with no other staff available or skilled to attend the other checkin counter. An elderly couple needed help with bags but none of the Staff around offered. Same for us when leaving no one helped. There seems to be around 100 doors along each corridor which require manual open … why ? Bad for clients with bags but poor cleaning staff. Old smelly carpets. Dirty...
