« We had the most relaxing weekend at this amazing property! It was close to everything we wanted to do but felt like our own personal private retreat. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. After a day at the beach the outdoor shower was great! The goal of our weekend away was relaxation and our evenings sitting on the porch were perfect to meet that goal. We’d love to stay here again and plan to in the future! »

« Very clean well kept property. Good communication with property owner. And they have water filtration system. Bonus. The only negative is master bedroom the door is hard to shut. »

« Perfect location for dropping our daughter at school. We loved the house so much we booked again for our next visit! We had a small issue with hot water and Jody was incredibly responsive. Wonderful stay! »

« The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hosts (Ada and Curt) were very attentive. The property manager (Ray) is a nice guy and very accommodating. The house is in a good central location. Check-in/out process smooth. Good pointers in video and booklet. »

« We had such a great time. The house was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the game room!! The location was great, not far from the beach!! The outdoor shower was FANTASTIC!!! If you stay here, be sure to use the outdoor shower!!!! »

« We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house! »

« The property was ok. We had trouble getting in as the keypad didn’t unlock the deadbolt. The WiFi didn’t work the first 2 days we were there, and the coffee pot never worked. The property owner came to reset the WiFi and check on the coffee pot, but when we returned neither were working. I did not receive another response after texting that the problems unresolved. I also recommend adding a window covering to the second bedroom window. »

"Chambre spacieuse et propre. Les moquettes du couloir sont très sales. Notre douche était cassée il a fallu attendre le lendemain qu’elle soit réparée. La personne à l’accueil avec les longs cheveux noirs etait la seule sympathique. Le reste du personne n’était pas très agréable. Malheureusement, l’ hôtel est tres tres bruyant avec des groupes de personnes qui hurlaient dans les couloirs à 3h du matin tous les soirs. Une honte que ce genre de problème ne soit pas contrôlé par des cameras. Le petit dejeuner était bien mais tout est en plastique: les couverts, les tasses, les assiettes , même les pommes sont entourées de plastique. Où est votre conscience écologique ?"
