« The size of our roo. Was bigger than expected and very clean! Kudos to housekeeping staff. Breakfast was very good. Staff at desk were efficient but could be more helpful. »

« On a positive note, the property is clean and well looked after.However, the breakfast area was full of noisy fans and had limited seating due to a recent water leak. The bar was not open due to staffing and the hotel had few amenities. Breakfast menu was very limited and affected by the leak in the ceiling. Staff were somewhat helpful, but didn’t offer a welcoming vibe. Rooms were dated and not very functional. »

« Magnifique hôtel situé dans un golf. Le cadre est luxueux et calme. Le parc aquatique est superbe. Beaucoup de transats sur place. La chambre était très belle, décoration et style de bon goût, très belle salle de bain. Vue sur le golf et le lac. Petit déjeuner servi dans un restaurant du site, service lent mais le repas était bon. Une très bonne adresse de séjour près de Houston. »

« L’odeur de la chambre était horrible. Le bain était taché. L’air climatisé fonctionnait bien. Lors du check in vers 21h, nous avons essayé d’avoir une serviette supplémentaire parce qu’il y en avait juste deux pour une chambre de 4 personnes et ils n’avaient pas accès aux serviettes à cette heure. En sommes, nous avons eu ce que nous avons payé pour. Par chance, on allait à la chambre juste pour dormir. »

« The room was pretty clean.Had a big spot of something in the carpet in front of the bathroom door.The breakfasts was definitely lacking.overall pretty good. »

« Superbe hotel, bon service, spacieux et propre, bon dejeuner avec choix correct. Seul hic, pas de restaurant, ni dans l’hotel ni proche et presque tous les restaurants chargent de gros frais de livraison. Donc si vous y allez sans voiture, peu pratique. Le depanneur voisin de l’hotel offre peu de vhoix de repas. »

« My stay was great here. When I arrived I was given a connecting room next to the elevator, I went to the front desk to see if I can get a more private room and it was handled with no problem. Jay at the front desk was great! The pool was clean and the maintenance women didn’t have a problem giving me anything that I needed. The hotel is near very busy roads which was convenient for food etc. It was also a 25 minute drive from the IAH airport. I’m definitely going back. »
