This beautiful oasis of a holiday home oozes peace, idyll and relaxation with quality time for the whole family. The house is located near the beach, harbor town with the harbor town's fish and coffee bar, Olga's café, pop-up bakery, Birkemosegaard and near the ferry to/from Aarhus.



In the morning, when you wake up, there is only a short distance down to the water, where a refreshing dip or a nice walk along the water awaits. Afterwards, the hot tub awaits, where you can get nice warmth in your body and peace in your soul.



The house has been renovated with an extension and annex and now contains a large bedroom with a sleeploft that sleeps 4 and a lovely insulated annex with room for 2 adults and 2 children. A total capacity of 6 people. The house also has a bathroom with a shower, a functional kitchen and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. There is plenty of holiday home comfort here for you and the family, regardless of what you come up with.



There is a lovely wooden terrace with sun most of the day as well as a covered area where outdoor life can be enjoyed despite a little rain or lower temperatures. The plot is 1200 M2 with lots of cozy corners and space for unfolding. There is a hot tub, swings, trampoline, gazebo, fire pit and various outdoor games. You can often see deer and hares running across the grounds in the early morning or evening hours.



Olgas Café is 1 km from the holiday home, Superbrugsen(super market) is in Havnebyen (4 km) and Rema1000(supermarket) in Lumsås (10 km) and if you need a little life, there are both Rørvig harbor and Nykøbing Sj. within 20-25 km. It takes an hour to get to Copenhagen and 1 1/2 hours to Aarhus by ferry.
