No smoking, no parties, and no unauthorized guests are allowed. Pets may be considered upon request. Please remove your shoes at the entrance to help keep the home clean and well maintained.

Food and drinks should be kept in the kitchen and dining areas only. Only water is allowed in the bedrooms to prevent stains or damage. The property has been carefully furnished, so please do not move or rearrange any furniture during your stay.

If you notice any damage on arrival, or if something breaks during your stay, please let us know immediately so we can arrange a repair. Unreported damages may result in additional fees and may also lead to the reservation being cancelled or escalated to Airbnb.
