« Low quality, broken doors, dirty in so many ways. Parking lot is ok in the daytime, but seemed questionable arriving late with my two daughters and my wife. Morning guy was an ass when I asked for a 12:00 checkout. We exchanged words and customer service was not on his mind one bit. We've decided to stay in on Boise another night and I wouldn't consider staying there ever again. Go somewhere else. »

« The beds are super uncomfortable.we had a king size bed with 3 small pillows that were. Sink and shower didn't drain. We had 2bath towels 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. It's very close to a processing plant and smell was awful. Pool not available due to some nearby construction. You cant have any visitors nobody but registered guest can be on premise. »

« This was my worst stay in any hotel in anywhere I have traveled throughout the world. I checked in around 11:00pm. Upon walking into the room, it was uncomfortable - the air was warm and stale. It may have been a while since anyone stayed in that room, since it was the last room on the line. I immediately set the air conditioner as low as it would go and hoped that would improve things quickly. I had some items that needed to be refrigerated immediately, so I checked the refrigerator and...

« There were no places to eat within walking distance and with the heavy traffic in the area, that was inconvenient. The air conditioner was VERY noisy. We had trouble connecting to WiFi even though we were following the directions on the screen and had to go down to the desk to get it done. The man at the desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was adequate. »

« This is limited ressource hôtel but we get everything needed and room are cleaned and quiet ! This is good budget/confort hotel for business trip, I will go there again. Front desk people are nice and responsive to the needs of guest ! »
