Golf Home #261 - NEW to the program Summer 2025!
Golf Home #261 is a 3,105 sq. ft. Luxury home in a private setting among the pine trees. This home is conveniently located between the Lodge and Glaze Meadow recreation centers. High ceilings and large windows provide natural light throughout the home. The Chef's kitchen provides all you need to entertain the whole family. Gather in the open dining room or step out onto the large main level patio for the perfect connection to the outdoors. This home has been enjoyed by the family for generations!

MAIN FLOOR | The private Primary bedroom (King) is off the entry complete with a luxurious Ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There is a second bedroom (Queen) on the opposite end of the main floor offering another Ensuite bathroom. The Great Room with "Ponderosa Pine" accents and a "Lodge River Rock" gas fireplace flows nicely into the dining and kitchen areas. The generously equipped kitchen is truly a Chef's Dream. There is a large mud-laundry room and half bath offering all the conveniences of home. Step outside to the large patio for your morning coffee, family dining, or to just read a book nestled in the pines.
SECOND FLOOR | The second floor offers two bedrooms, a large full bathroom, and a charming "Reading Loft". The King bedroom has its own deck overlooking the forest. The “Bunk Room” has a custom-made bunk bed that includes (4) Twin mattress & box spring combinations, a large ladder connecting the sleeping areas, and a special made "Fire Pole". The bathroom connects both rooms and is large enough for everyone.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway. There is room for three vehicles comfortably.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can rent bicycles at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.
