« Maintenance of property very poor, problem getting any water at night time and also no water when u get up. U have to ask the manger to switch on the tap. Very poor Also prices of tea and food very high, And not much varity of food. »

« The food was horrible if you are not a fish eater you could go with out food. Warning the chicken curry is full of bones broken and sharp. Our complementary breakfast never came. they have 3 items on there dinner menu and you still have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for it to arrive. When you go to check out they had no credit card machine so that added a layer of difficulty to the stay. »

« No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment. »

« Absolutely the best stay in Mbale would go bck every time! »

« It was very nice to stay there. The bathroom was good and clean. The bedroom was clean. The host was so friendly and helpfull. Whem we arrive he offers tea, coffee, water and bananas. The breakfast was delicious. So If you want to feel confortabel, welcome and at home, It is a perfect place. »

« The hotel was good for the price. The only real issue was the number of menu items not available, which as I am a vegetarian means that you were left with one or possibly two or three if you hacked the menu. That said, the staff were all extremely nice and did their best to help. »
