The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto a bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs and well-equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks the portico with a lovely table and chairs for outdoor meals with a view of a small private garden, perfect for families with children! The home is completed by a bedroom with a double bed, smart TV and wardrobe, together with a bathroom with shower.

The shared swimming pool measures 10m x 20m and is open from 20 May to 23 September, from 9 to 20. The use of a swimming cap is required.

Also not to be missed are Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.
