Charming apartment inside residence with swimming pool in Sirmione, ideal for a group or family vacation up to 3 people.



The apartment, located on the second floor without elevator, welcomes guests with the air-conditioned living room, double sofa bed, smart TV, dining table with chairs, and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, American coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. The living room overlooks the balcony equipped with outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining. The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, large closet and overlooking the surrounding vineyards. The apartment layout is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.



Guests have at their disposal such amenities as free WI-Fi connection, air conditioning, private uncovered parking inside the residence.



*The residence hall pool is seasonal and can be used from June to September. Use of a swimming cap may be required.



*Pets are not allowed. Possibility of providing a baby crib and high chair upon request.



*Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.

Surrounded by the plants of an evocative park, the spa offers everything you need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulfurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed is Villa Callas, a residence that hosts events of the musical genre, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica Beach.



The residence is only 30 minutes from Verona airport and a 15-minute drive from Desenzano del Garda and Peschiera del Garda train stations.
