Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its private balcony throughout their stay.

Independent access to the accommodation is provided.

Free on-site parking is provided with the apartment. Guests arriving by car should request the current access and parking instructions before arrival.

The lakeside, beach, restaurants, cafés, and several leisure activities can be reached comfortably on foot. Cycling is also a convenient way to explore Siófok and the surrounding area.

Free private parking is available on-site. Please contact us before arrival for the current parking and access instructions.

Airport Access

The apartment can be reached by car, taxi, or a combination of train and local transportation from the regional and Budapest airports.

Mandatory Guest Registration

All guests must complete the legally required Hungarian guest registration process and provide the necessary identification details before or upon arrival.

Children are welcome. Requests for baby equipment must be made in advance and are subject to availability and confirmation. A baby cot is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
