The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The swimming pools, garden, playground, table-tennis area, and other outdoor facilities are shared with other residents and guests of the complex.

Free private parking is available on-site. Guests arriving by car should request the current parking and access instructions before arrival.
