The space

The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

It features a cozy bedroom, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom, a guest toilet, a walk-in closet, and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.

You’ll have Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, in the living room is a TVs with live channels (worldwide) for your entertainment.

There’s air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen area to keep you cool and comfortable.

The kitchen comes with everything you might need — a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, electric cooktop, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, and blender.

The spacious terrace is one of the highlights of the apartment. It has a ceiling fan, a comfortable lounge area, and a dining table — the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful view.

Fresh bath and beach towels are ready for you upon arrival.

You can park in front of the building, and there’s an elevator for your convenience.

Before and during your stay we are available for your questions and in case of anything.

A few days before you arrive, we will send you the directions and the arrival details.

Other things to note

- Entrance to the beach and the use of the beach chairs is included in your stay

- The beach chairs and the palapas on the pier are for rent through restaurant Brass Boer

- Bath and beach towels, bedlinen, kitchen linen are there

- With a stay of 7 nights or more, there is a weekly stay over cleaning, with the change of (beach) towels and bed linens.

- There is hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash

- There is (free) and good WIFI

- A smart TV with Amazon Firestick (Live TV from Europe, USA and Canada) in

the living room

- The use of 0.5 m3 water and 20 kWh electricity per day is included in your stay. That is average use. In case you use more, we must charge you the local rates of € 8 per M3 water and € 0.45 per KwH for the extra use. Please be wise with the air conditioners (shut them off when you leave the bedroom/ condo), they use a lot of electricity. When you do that, you won't go over the free use!

- All the basics are there when you arrive, like toilet paper, tablets for the

dishwasher, olive oil, pepper, salt, coffee and more. In case you run out, please complete yourself in case you need more.

- All the contacts are 220V and European. But we will put adapters for you!

When you have some, please bring them, then for sure you will have enough.

- When you have a baby and need a baby bed or a highchair, please let us know and we arrange that it is there when you arrive. The price is € 30 for your whole stay.

- Parking is in front of the building and free
