We booked this unit specifically because it offered an early check in and we did not have to relocate during our stay WRONG!Arrived Monday morning for early check in. No response to messages left on Whatâs App. Which is what the owners/managers requested way of communicating 2 hours later told that we could not check-in early but could check in early at another location but would have to relocate back to original location in 3 daysAs we had been traveling for quite a few hours we accepted this. Was told they would refund the early check in fee ( 1 week later, has not been refunded)So 3 days later we moved to the original location. The unit was clean and acceptable. Upon arrival on Thursday the electric stove had one burner out of 4 working. On Friday morning nothing, reported the issue, later that afternoon a maintenance person arrived and confirmed the electric stove / oven was non operational. No word on replacement or ??On Saturday afternoon while we were out getting something to eat. They dropped off a single element cook. I would like say both units were clean. We live in Asia and the occasional bug or gecko is not a problem We go to Guam at least once a year a combination of business and pleasure We will not consider this or any other property managed? By this group as an possibility
