A three-bedroom penthouse high above Armação de Pêra, with the Atlantic in view from the living space and the terrace. The private rooftop terrace has a hot tub under a pergola.

Inside there is a marble kitchen with a Nespresso coffee bar, a spa-style stone bathroom with shower plus a separate WC (toilet, washbasin and mirror), underfloor heating in every room including the bathrooms, air conditioning with heating in every room, and fast Wi-Fi. Three bedrooms and a sofa bed sleep up to eight.

The building is beachfront, seconds from the sand. A free private underground garage space comes with the apartment, and free street parking is usually available outside. The building has lifts to the sixth floor, and a short staircase then leads to the apartment door, worth knowing if anyone in the party finds stairs difficult.

Travelling with a baby? I provide a travel cot with mattress free of charge on request; please tell me when you book or at least 48 hours before you arrive. There is also a baby high chair in the apartment, ready to use.
