After a day of outdoor exploration, unwind on the rooftop deck, where you’ll find a cozy gas firepit, communal hot tubs and gas grill . And if you're in town for a wedding or event at The Silverthorne Pavilion, it’s just a short stroll away.

This premium 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The living area is designed for comfort, featuring large windows framing breathtaking mountain views, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen boasts spacious marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. With seating for four at the dining table and four at the counter, there’s plenty of space to gather and enjoy a home-cooked meal or takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants.

Silverthorne is a hub for outdoor recreation and mountain-town charm. The Blue River Walkway offers a scenic paved path for walking, biking, and fishing, while Rainbow Park provides basketball courts, soccer fields, and playgrounds for all ages. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, this condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with hotel-quality toiletries and linens. - Bedroom 2: queen bed, direct access to hallway bathroom, Smart TV, remote-controlled ceiling fan (sleeps 2)
- Living Room: queen sleeper sofa w/ mattress topper. (sleeps 2)
- Hallway Bathroom: tub/shower.

- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: shared tandem-garage with room for 2 mid-sized vehicles, large or oversized vehicles will not fit.
