Perched directly on the Blue River, our brand new modern condo features everything you'll need for your mountain getaway! Sit on our private deck with 180 degree river and mountain views, or kick your feet up on the couch and relax in front of the fireplace. Enjoy preparing a meal in our well stocked kitchen, and get a great night's rest in our king beds (1 converts to 2 twins). We're 5 minutes off I-70, less than 20 minutes to 4 ski resorts and 30 minutes to Vail - you can't beat our location!

Our brand new condo was just completed in October 2021, and we're excited to welcome you to our place! We're right on the Blue River - we love to sit on our private deck and listen to the water rushing by! We're a family of 4, and designed our place to feature family-friendly amenities but also appeal to solo travelers, solo couples, and small groups. Our heated floors & gas fireplace make sure you never have cold feet even on the chilliest winter nights. We love the short drive to some of the best ski resorts in CO - whether you have the Ikon Pass, Epic Pass, or neither, you're an easy drive to board or ski!

CLEANING PROCEDURES:

Now more than ever it is important to stay in a professionally cleaned space. We don't "outsource" our cleaning - our cleaners are professionally trained with a passion for what they do! Our team follows an industry-leading cleaning checklist, and our Operations team executes randomized inspections to ensure our standards are met.

PROPERTY FEATURES:

➀ Brand new in November '21 - 2 BR / 2BA ~1,100 sq ft condo with outdoor entrance (no shared indoor spaces).

➀ Sleeps 5
-- Bedroom 1 - 1 King - 12" memory foam with cooling gel medium firm mattress
-- Bedroom 2 - 1 King or two twins. The beds slide together to form a king, or separate them for two twin beds, depending on your needs!
-- The comfy sofa is perfect for the 5th person in your group

➀ Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms
-- Master suite bathroom features dual vanities & walk in shower
-- Second features a tub + shower
-- Both bathrooms include blow dryers, plush cotton towels, premium toiletries, and more

➀ TVs: 55" Smart 4K TV in living area and master bedroom, and 40" smart TV in guest bedroom. Note that the property does not have cable. Most apps are free to use and / or you are able to use your cable provider's login info for "paid" apps (ESPN, HBO, Showtime, etc.) We provide free Netflix

➀ Internet: High speed 200mbps. Work from home with high speed!

➀ Kitchen: fully stocked with stainless steel pots & pans, knives, silicone utensils, toaster, serving ware, dishware, flatware, microwave, gas range, oven, dishwasher, and more!

➀ Coffee & Tea: Premium medium roast whole bean coffee, drip coffee maker ,bean grinder provided.

➀ Living Room: 55" Flat screen 4K smart UHDTV, comfy couch & chairs, reading nook, and gas fireplace

➀ Dining: Seating available both at the kitchen island and dining table

➀ Laundry: High efficiency, full size washer & dryer located in our unit

➀ Heating: In floor radiant heating

➀ Parking: An assigned space is available for one vehicle. Additional vehicles park in a guest area, which is first come first served. We strongly recommend carpooling.

➀ Heating & AC - Radiant heat flooring. Note because of our temperate mountain weather, we do not have AC. Even on warm days, our place stays cool, and evenings are always chilly - our windows open to let in fresh mountain air. Plus we have ceiling and floor fans!

➀ Pets Not permitted

➀ No Smoking indoors

1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in our home. Smoking is allowed outside the building only, with doors closed. A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is discovered inside.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, additional guests are not permitted without prior notice. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Host allows children with the following stipulations: Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'child proofing'. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

6. Pets are not permitted; any pet being "snuck" into the apartment will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

7. Cleaning fees are paid to assure Guest's arrival to a clean property, not to clean up post-checkout "messes." While we don't ask or expect Guests to clean prior to leaving, we do expect reasonable cleanliness standards followed - garbage thrown away, spills cleaned up, etc. Cleaning required due to excessive messiness will result in additional costs, charge at a rate of $30/hour.

8. The hot tub is a community amenity and the posted rules must be followed, or the HOA will issue fines and / or termination of the stay. Key rules are no glass, no children under 12, 10am - 10pm use, be respectful of the neighbors.

We had the bes time , the apartment was great and perfect for our trip. Description was spot on. My only gripe was while communicating with the host at times you could tell that the responses were coming over through some kind of AI chat. It was causing confusion and contradicting part of the conversation. I would recommend shutting down the AI responses when having an active conversation with the guests if possible. That has no baring on how we felt about the property and we would stay there again if ever in that area again.

We enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the balcony. Listening to the river run and birds singing was just delightful. Everything was clean when we checked in which is so welcoming. The only thing we had trouble with was the TV/cable. We were all settled in to watching the Olympics and we could only get snippets of it on YouTube. Otherwise everything was fine. This was great little place to stay at that comfortably fit my party of 5! The place was extremely clean and stocked properly for guests. The location was great and easy to navigate. The communication with the host was clear and thorough. The host was extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is beautifully furnished and, in my opinion, is the best spot within this complex as it sits right on the Blue River and gives you ample privacy. We enjoyed the overall ambiance and comfort in this condo, which is centrally located to Silverthorne restaurants. It is on the second story so you have around 20 steps, which is no problem for most. You can comfortably fit up to 4 people. The Master suite and linens were lovely, yet the bed may be hard for those who prefer a soft mattress. It is truly a perfect place to stay with impeccable cleanliness. The added touch of lotions and shampoo and conditioner were also very appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
