New 5 Bedroom Luxury Mountain Retreat w/Hot Tub, Private Wooded Lot - Sleeps 8

Welcome to our newer mountain retreat convenient to all Summit County ski resorts. The interior was fully reconstructed in 2023 and includes many upgraded amenities such as Wolf built-in appliances, Bullfrog hot tub, individually controlled heating zones, fireplaces and TVs in most rooms... as well as a spacious 3-car garage with ample space for ski gear.

This is our second investment home in Summit County, where we have accommodated guests since 2016 with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences. We purchased Grande Eagle Lodge summer of 2026 as our part-time residence and future retirement home.

Grande Eagle Lodge is available to guests during the winter months to enjoy any of the nearby ski resorts (see more details below on distance to nearby resorts). Our home is a 5-bedroom, 4 full-bath home that can accommodate 8 guests. The home includes 2 full kitchens, 2 living areas, 2 primary king bedrooms, a 7-person hot tub, a large private deck with fire pit, a covered patio with fire pit, and 2 dedicated work desks/areas. Our 5th bedroom serves as our office when we reside at the home but has a queen murphy bed available for use.

The kitchen is a true gourmet kitchen with a large island, built-in Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, wine cooler, two full sinks, above stove hot water, large counter-to-ceiling windows overlooking our private forested backyard, gourmet cookware and all the essentials necessary for any cooking needs.

All bathrooms are full baths with upgraded imported tile and fixtures including an automatic, heated toilet seat in the upstairs primary bath. The upstairs primary bath also has a steam shower with sound system.

We do ask that at least one person in the party be at least 35 years of age and any children be at least 10+ years of age if staying at the home.

And although the garage is technically a 3-car garage, it will only accommodate 2 vehicles due to the mezzanine support columns. A maximum of 4 vehicles total are permitted on the property (parked in the garage + parked in the driveway). Snow clearing services are provided for the drive, walkway to the front door and directly abutting the garage doors, but hand shoveling may be required if service is provided when vehicles are parked in the driveway. Shovels are also available to clear the back deck, which does clear relatively well with exposure to the southern sun.

PLEASE NOTE: Our home is located in a neighborhood with nearby full-time residents, so we ask guests to be quiet and respectful of our neighbors. We expect guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. If you want a place to relax in the mountains in beauty and tranquility, Grand Eagle Lodge is your place!
