  • This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features hardwood radiant heat flooring, a private patio with views of Buffalo Mountain, private in-unit washer and dryer, and modern finishes throughout. The Blue River Flats complex offers guests quick access to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of Silverthorne while still being close to everything else Summit County has to offer including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A-Basin, and golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club and more.

    The entryway has hooks and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a gas fireplace, mounted flat screen TV, and huge windows allowing for great light and beautiful mountain views. The cozy furniture offers plenty of seating and the open floor plan is great for gathering. The private patio is just off the living room and offers beautiful views of the Buffalo Mountain, as well as outdoor seating and a gas grill.

    The full-sized kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats six. There is additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom features a granite countertop vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

    The primary suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed. The en suite bathroom has granite countertops with double sinks and a walk-in shower with a bench. There is also a large walk-in closet in the primary bath. The guest bedroom features a king bed and a dresser. The private washer and dryer are near the entryway. There is also a one-car private garage for guests to use.

    *Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 24 years of age or older.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Nice property

We had a nice stay at this location. Well kept, nice decor and easy directions. Centrally located for access to Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge. Plenty of outdoor activities in the area to enjoy in the Fall. Only wish we had would be to add a television to one or both bedrooms.

Excellent location for access to all the skiing.

Beautiful place tons of space. Heated garage was awesome for drying gear after a day on the slopes. Ski racks, every dish or kitchen utensil you could need. Would definitely come again.

Great spot for snow resort vacay

Had a fantastic stay at this space during our snow resort trip - it was conveniently close to several resorts (particularly Copper Mountain & Arapahoe Basin) and it was conveniently located near restaurants/shops/markets in the Silverthorne/Dillon area. The space was also comfortable and well-stocked with essentials for our stay (incl a wide range of kitchen appliances, , garage storage for our snow gear, bathroom toiletries, and detergent for the washer/dryer) Look forward to returning next time I travel to that area & would recommend to others as well.

Great condo

The inside of the condo is spacious, new and very well appointed. Kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs and appliances. Furniture and beds very comfortable. The only con I would say is that the condo is literal steps from a very busy road. There is no AC, so you must open the windows and doors to get fresh air and the road noise is very loud. While temporary, there is also road construction right in front. Probably not an issue in the upcoming winter months. Great condo, but I would choose a location not on the major road.

Nice pans, utensils, coffee pots, smoothie maker etc. My one concern was the noisy road, and it was noisy. All apart from the first night, we were used to it, but arriving late to an overheated unit meant we had to open the windows and the road was very present. For the price, there had to be a downside!

Hair in bedsheets, highway on your patio, and no guard rail.

When arriving, we checked the bed for bugs and found hair in the unwashed sheets. Also, there is a main highway where people drive 50-55 mph with NO guard rail less than 20 feet from the two bedrooms, which is loud, and a large truck could easily drift and hit your bedroom. Good luck sleeping in a dirty bed, with loud semi trucks driving by all hours of the night, and falling asleep with the thought of how easy it would be for someone to drive into your bedroom. Unbelievable.

Would not stay again ..

The apartment was nice but I wouldn’t rent again. The walls are so thin and the people ipsataora may have been having a dance party so all we hear was feet stomping. The worst part of this place is that it doesn’t have air conditioning (like a lot of places). The problem is that construction is going on directly in front of your sliding door and bedroom windows. Ythe unit is Durwood the road. So you can’t live the windows open to cool down the place because the noise is terrible from traffic and the construction that starts at 8 am everyday. Not worth the money spent.

Plenty of space for storing and hanging clothes. Kitchen had all the dishes and appliances to make our stay comfortable. We only had a couple small issues at first, the ability to enter an hour early, no hot water, and TV not working. We waited with family before getting into our place, called for help with hot water and after several attempts for TV discovered a disconnected HDMI cord to the cable box. The main floor was a plus, the condo faced the mountains and had a beautiful door that slid open. The only draw back was the traffic at night and early mornings. There was construction outside our condo on the sidewalk. Overall a great stay. Beautiful condo.

The street level flat faces the road with great views of snow covered Buffalo Mountain & Red Peak. The Blue River, not visible from the unit, is at the back of the property and is only a 30 second walk. The unit is nicely laid out and well maintained. The ceiling fans were enough to kept is cool. There is a paved path along the Blue Rive and is great for for walks or bike rides. Target is a 5 minute walk.We drove to Vail for the GoPro Mountain Games. Frisco is a short drive away with more shops and restaurants. Denver is 1.5 hour drive. Loveland Pass is 30 minutes drive and takes you to higher elevation to the Continental Divide.I would recommend the property to family and friends. The SCMR Team was very responsive with my questions via phone text.
