« Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel. »

« Aucune insonorisation dans la chambre: 1) vacarme intense de l’autoroute I15, au trafic intense 24h/24, qui passe presque sous la fenêtre, 2) bruit infernal lorsque dans la chambre voisine on prend la douche! La climatisation ne marche pas, le ice maker non plus. Impossible de dormir…. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre, accueil plutôt froid! Mais pas cher »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again. »

« We were staying for 4 nights. $515.00. First 2 days clean room. 2nd 2 days not cleaned. I had asked for soap and didn't get it. When I asked why at the end of the stay the gal on duty just blew it off and said we should have asked anyone or if we wanted our room cleaned more we should have asked for that at the beginning of the stay, they only clean every other day. « This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic.
