Hot Tamale Upper (formally known as Winterfjord Lodge) is a brand new, luxurious duplex located on The Ridge with incredible views of Okanagan Lake and the Monashee mountains. Hot Tamale Upper, which is the main portion of the house, is perfect for families, a few couples or a small group of friends. It’s located just steps from the skiway – head out right from your front door and start your day!
Walk in the front door to the ground level, this is where you will find a large ski/gear room – easy to head right out the door for first trails or tracks. There is also the private den/family room with a large Smart TV (perfect for kids!), one of the king bedrooms and a powder room.
Head up to the second floor, this is where you will find the master bedroom and other two bedrooms. This is also where you will find the private hot tub with mountain views.
The main living area is on the top floor which is easily accessed by stairs or the elevator. With panoramic views, you can enjoy the open concept, large living room that has a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy couches. Enjoy a quiet morning with your cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. This living room also has a large, Smart TV.
The large dining area is right between the living room and kitchen and makes it perfect for a large group to gather after taking in all the adventures. Just off the dining room, you’ll also find a deck with a BBQ for you to use.
The incredible chef-grade kitchen has top of the line appliances and is the perfect spot for gathering with friends and family after a fun day on the mountain. It has everything you need for cooking those large, post-mountain dinners or hire a private chef to prepare a gourmet meal for you.

Hot Tamale is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
