Welcome to to your Basecamp, a charming mountain studio retreat in the Wildwood Building, just steps from the Silver Queen Chair in Creekside. With one of the best locations on the mountain, you’ll have adventure right outside your door.

The bright studio offers everything you need for a comfortable mountain getaway, including a full kitchen, dining table, cozy living area with a pullout couch, and a rare king-size murphy bed. Take in beautiful mountain views from the comfort of your condo and soak in the alpine atmosphere. In the summer, enjoy the mountains from your private balcony which also has an electric BBQ. After a day on the slopes or trails, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Just outside the ski room is immediate access to cross-country ski trails, downhill runs, snowshoeing paths, and dog-friendly walking trails. Ski directly from the building to the Silver Queen Chair and return home right to the ski locker door at the end of the day.

After your adventures, unwind in the outdoor hot tub while taking in the mountain atmosphere. The Adventure Park, featuring Tube Town and the outdoor skating pond, are just a few minutes away.

Whether you’re here for skiing, family fun, or simply to relax in the mountains, this cozy retreat offers the perfect Silver Star getaway for couples or small family.

The shared outdoor hot tub in the Wildwood building in Creekside is open during the ski season only. For the summer and bike season, there is one hot tub open in the Creekside complex for all guests to use.

BONUS to our guests staying at this condo: Enjoy the extra-large common room on the ground floor. It features two sitting areas, a bookshelf full of books, a full kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace. You can spread out and have a get together if you are traveling with other people, or with new friends you may make on your holiday.

Your building, Wildwood features two coin washing machines/two dryers.

Need to wax your skis? There is a waxing station in the Snowbrush building in Creekside and it is available for all guests of the Creekside complex.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in every one of our properties. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, and secure keyless entry for a smooth and convenient stay.

Basecamp is a fully equipped condo. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Parking: There is one parking pass for your vehicle.

Ski Access: Wildwood sits right at the base of the Silver Queen chair and Nordic trailhead – perfect way to start your day and easy access back to your condo at the end of the day.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.

Your hosts live at Silver Star, so we can ensure your holiday is everything you expected. We are also available to provide you with our "insider" tips so that you will love Silver Star as much as we do.

Please note if you are wanting to book the weekly special it will auto-quote and you can go ahead and book. If you are looking for our mid-week - Arrive Sunday and stay 5 nights/pay for 4 nights special, please send us a booking inquiry so we can manually discount the quote, prior to your booking.

The pet fee is $30 plus taxes per night/per pet. With VRBO, the pet fee listed is priced for the duration of your stay. Please let us know if you have any questions.
