Your Space & Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the main two levels of the home, including all four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining area. The basement is excluded and may be occupied separately. It has its own entrance; the interior connecting door stays locked from both sides. No shared indoor spaces.

It is a separate space with its own private entrance and no interior access to the main home. The basement may be occupied separately during your stay. There are no shared indoor living spaces between guests in the main home and the basement occupant.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.

No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted. The home is intended for registered guests only.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property.

Property Care: Please treat the home with care, dispose of trash in the designated bins, and lock exterior doors when leaving.
