« The InterContinental Fiji is a beautiful hotel with a stunning beach and great facilities. Unfortunately, our experience this time wasn’t as good as during our first stay. Our room was very close to the lounge area and quite noisy in the evenings. We also found very limited vegan options. The most disappointing part was the service at the poolside restaurant. « No one ever spend your money at this property. No hot water. No phone in the room, bed bugs. I booked for 2 days but can’t sleep 1st day left the earliest next morning. Customer service closed at 9:00 pm. HORRIBLE experience no one to complain. I reached there night at 8 no hot water ask the reception I was told technician would be there shortly waited till 10:00pm no response »
