Great Getaway

Booked it for the wife's 50th birthday with a bunch of friends and had a blast. Location is perfect and about a 2 minute walk to the main drag in Siesta Key where all the shops, restaurants, and bars are. About a 7-10 minute walk to the beach as well. House was nice and clean and looked to be renovated in the last few years. Backyard is a great place to hang out and relax at night and jacuzzis were relaxing as well. Great place to stay to get away with friend and family if you like the Siesta Key experience. Will definitely come back. I rented both the upstairs and downstairs unit and there was plenty of room for the 12 of us.

Great location and party house, listing could use some updating

The house is in an unbeatable location, and is definitely made for events/parties. The property managers were very responsive and helpful and everyone had a great time! We appreciated the welcome supply kits. If you are looking for a true party house in a prime location, this house is that! However, here are a few things we noticed during our stay. The online listing photos are not totally accurate or perhaps need updating. We based a lot of our decorations and plans around the pictures but there was different patio furniture, bedding, and decor around the house that we weren’t expecting. For example, there was no shed as shown on the Airbnb pics, so some of the beach equipment was unusable due to rust damage. The floor upstairs had some planks sticking up that people kept tripping on. One of the pools was sandy and foggy when we arrived, but a pool cleaner came the second day to remedy. Also, I know cockroaches are not uncommon in Florida but we did have to get rid of a few in the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and just wanted to bring awareness of the above for future guests!

Such an awesome house!

I stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was such an awesome house! Perfect location. Less than a 5 minute walk to town, 5 minute walk to the beach, just an amazing location for a party weekend! The property manager was supper responsive to anything we needed. Great party house!

We rented both top & bottom for the ‘whole’ house—- loved the casual, whimsical ocean decor, & plenty of space to entertain inside/outside wedding reception.. We will be back!

Great house and location

Stayed in whole house with 6 bedrooms for 10 people. Plenty of room and well equipped. Best location for going to beach and town. Lots of places to hang out inside and out as well as toys for beach. Loved this rental.

Siesta Key - The place to be!

This house was in the best location and decorated beautifully. The outside area was perfect for entertaining our group and was a 5 minute walk to anything you might need. Great house, great beaches, great restaurants and shops! Loved it!
