Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key Floride! Ce est un nouveau entièrement rénové d'une chambre, deux salles de bain appartement au dernier étage avec une vue superbe sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à six avec un lit king size dans la chambre et deux canapés-lits queen dans l'appartement. Il ya une salle qui peut être fermé par une grande porte d'accordéon qui peut servir comme un repaire privé et / ou deuxième chambre contenant un bureau et l'un des lits-canapés. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et l'appartement part une machine à laver et sèche-linge avec un seul autre appartement. Il ya deux téléviseurs, un Blue-Ray / lecteur DVD, télévision par câble et dans l'unité Internet. Ce complexe dispose de deux cabines de plage, chaises de plage et une cour avec un jeu de palets. Il ya une grande piscine chauffée, salle de loisirs avec table de ping pong, une table de billard et de hockey de l'air. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, attractions à proximité sur Siesta Key. Busch Gardens / Adventure Island est à une heure et Disney / Epcot deux heures et demie de là.

Perfect views of the ocean. Wish there was a washer and dryer in the actual unit instead of having to walk to the front of the property but we weren't there long enough to care than much. Elevator broke on our 3rd day there and we were on the 5th floor but was fixed by the end of the day so that was helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time staying with Island House Beach Resort and it was fantastic! We are already booked for next year! The view from our room was spectacular! It was nice being able to wake up and go for our morning walk, right on the beach! The place was much larger than places we have stayed in at other locations. It was clean and had everything we needed to function for the week, pots and pans, coffee maker, glasses, knives, forks, spoons. We stopped at Publix just up the street before we got there to pick up food for the week. It all worked out well.It was easy to get to the shuttle stop (right in front of the resort) and go to shops and restaurants at Siesta Key Village. We enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to next year’s vacation at Island House Beach Resort. Thank you to the crew at the front desk for answering all of our questions.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started visiting in 1986. The same issues with the Unit from the prior year existed. Closet door broken and same furniture from 2013 renovation now run down. Would not rent this unit again.

Despite a few "scars" remaining from Ian, the Island house property was in great shape and we experienced a seamless stay. The weather was great so we could enjoy the beautiful view from our dinning area and the sun and sunsets at our leisure. The local restaurants were great and uncrowded- especially enjoyed Sardinia a hidden gem

Three weeks after Hurricane Ian hit and we were afraid that things would be out of sorts but there was only a minor parking inconvenience. The apartment was outstanding and had great views. The only down side was that the cookware in the apartment was below average, but that could be a result of many things and did not detract from us enjoying our stay.

Loved that view! It was nice to have some little things provided, like the outdoor grills, tables, pool, even had a coffee pot, filters, towels and the necessities. Plenty of room for us two and it had a bonus room in case we had other guests. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was amazing from the room to the spectacular views. My only complaints were the cleanliness of the restrooms around the toilets and sand in kitchen area floors.

A lot of restaurant options nearby and Siesta Key Village is minutes away with charming shops and a lot of restaurant options - it looked magical in the evening with lights all around and live music throughout. Easy check-in/check-out using the app and staff at front desk was kind and helpful in answering our questions. Will definitely return!

Beautiful Condo on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reservation, check in and out was really easy and organized. The condo is perfectly clean with an absolutely breathtaking view. The kitchen is well equipped, master bed room very comfortable bed and the rest of the place is wellmaintained and nice decor. Where the sofa bed is located to be able to convert the space in another room is great but it would have been nice to have a real mattress to be able to sleep! We requested an extra padding or something to help our son sleep to the office but we didn’t get any positive answer, so we ended up buying a foam mattress, which we left it at the condo to help for future guests. For light sleepers, the air conditioner from the condo below us was really loud, making difficult to sleep (it could be the way the buildings are build and the way each condo is located, making this noise in all of them?). Unfortunately the beach wasn’t as beautiful as always, due to the “Red Tide” making it impossible to get in the water and enjoy the beach. We would for sure recommend this place and will be back for next holiday.

10th Anniversary Get Away

We loved this Condo on Siesta Key and loved Siesta Key. We will be staying here again. It was the perfect location for us. It was perfectly decorated and the bed and furniture were very comfortable considering it is a rental. The view of the ocean and beach having breakfast in the morning was so relaxing. The sunsets were beautiful but my favorite was the soft, sugar sand. I can't wait to return.

This property was absolutely wonderful. The view from the front room facing the beach is second to none. The place felt like home. It was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Great location for access to the Village and to Crescent Beach. Can’t wait to return!

We usually rent from one of the "front" buildings, thinking the views might be better, but we were NOT disappointed with our view and found the interior so lovely.
