The unit's living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and has a 43" flat screen TV with DTV service. The master bedroom has two queen sized beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combination. This efficient galley style kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee machine, also a Keurig machine. The condo has carpeting in the bedroom and has tile in the common areas.

Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
