This stylish home has it all- location, amenities, and more! After a year-long restoration project, this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to offer a home-away-from-home experience. This home is located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood that is within 2 miles to city central (Veteran's Memorial Park, Planet Fitness, Walmart, Target, Marshalls, restaurants, and grocery stores), minutes to Ft Huachuca, and within walking distance to the city softball and soccer fields.





The living space boasts a touch of the southwest with colors that are serene and neutral, while the front and back patios offer relaxing and tranquil environments that are perfect for sipping your morning coffee or reading your favorite book. The home contains a fully equipped kitchen including new stainless-steel appliances. The home is stocked with an initial supply of paper towels, trash and recycle bags, toilet paper, coffee, Keurig K-cups, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil and spray, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy a relaxing evening in the cozy living room while watching your favorite show on the 65" Smart TV. Streaming services also available via guest’s login (not provided by host). Also enjoy the convenience of USB charging ports in the guest room nightstands, and the master bedroom and office lamps. Speaking of the office, it is perfectly suited for your business needs and offers privacy with its courtyard-facing window.



Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy nearby Parker Lake for kayaking, fishing, hiking, and breathtaking views of Bald Eagles! Ramsey Canyon hosts amazing birdwatching and great hiking trails!! Visit awesome wineries and breweries and historic Tombstone and Bisbee. Visit Kartchner Caverns, a "live" cave, which hosts more than 2 miles of passages! In the summer, there is nothing more refreshing than a float down the Salt River in Phoenix.



Sierra Vista is the Hummingbird capital of the U.S. with 15 different species located here! Be sure to visit Ramsey Canyon Nature Conservancy for an up-close and personal experience. Also be sure to visit historic Tombstone (“The Town Too Tough to Die”) for a journey back in time to the Wyatt Earp days. And don't forget Bisbee, for an interesting tour of the Copper Queen Mine and taste of the early mining lifestyle, quaint little shops, and unique restaurants. Wine enthusiasts, be sure to visit the Sonoita and Elgin vineyards for an extraordinary wine tasting experience and an array of award-winning wines. Hiking enthusiasts, be sure to check out hiking trails in Carr and Miller Canyons, as well as the Chiricahua National Monument. If waterfalls are your thing, be sure to visit Seven Falls in Sabino Canyon in Tucson. This trail boasts 7 waterfalls, incredible views, and a moderately easy hike of 8.2 miles!

    What an amazing stay and incredible host! Not only were the pictures accurate but our host, Tracy, was a phenomenal communicator. We ran into a booking issue and Tracy worked patiently with us to get it resolved. The home was immaculate and well appointed with a fantastic back deck that served as a fairly private sanctuary for our family to simply sit and chat each evening. Bed were very comfortable and the master shower was spacious with plenty of water pressure! We were totally satisfied with our stay and can’t wait to book this property again in the future!

    We had an absolutely outstanding experience at this home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the attention to detail, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches throughout the space.     Beautiful home located less than 10 minutes from Fort Huachuca. The home was stocked with all the basic necessities & more! We enjoyed a couple of quiet evenings putting together the available puzzles & sitting outside on the back veranda. Updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable for my family of 5. Should the need arise I would definitely book this home again!

    Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood

    Very nice secure home in a great neighborhood. Only disappointment with stay was lack of washing machine. Owner informed me a day or so before arrival that machine was broken. We ended up having to use a local laundromat. We were given a partial refund but this was a significant inconvenience that was not expected.

    Beautiful property and home. Clean and peaceful. The backyard was just lovely and perfect for meals and relaxing with the family. Stayed here for the 3 day cycling festival and it was perfect. Less than 2 miles from the start of the rides so easy to just hop on our bikes and head out each morning. Just a delightful stay hop

    My elderly parents live in SV so when the grown kids and I visited, we needed a place to stay and preferred one with separate rooms, kitchen etc. This house was the perfect option for us! Comfortable and well appointed in a convenient location. Pristine as well! Owners were very responsive. Thanks for a very nice stay.

    We had stayed in Sierra Vista before. However, this home has to be our favorite. It was spacious, decorated beautifully, and had been recently updated. The home is in a good, quiet, central location within Sierra Vista. We hope to stay there again soon!

    We have stayed at numerous rentals across the country and this house is probably one of the BEST! It is a super nice, clean, well appointed home. Everything seemed to be in place and in working order. The living room was very cozy and we spent the evenings playing board game. Very nice location and convenient.

    Wonderful home.

    House was extremely clean and up to date. Had a cute little back yard where we hung out quite a bit. For us the location was perfect. We were in town visiting friends which was only a 5 minute walk away. This home is located in a very nice neighborhood. If this home is available, we would absolutely stay again.

    Great stay!

    We really enjoyed our 9-day stay in this house. It was clean, pretty, in a convenient yet quiet neighborhood, and felt secure and relaxed. The major appliances worked just as you would expect and there were plenty of fluffy towels and kitchen basics. The wifi was strong, too -- good enough for a Zoom meeting -- until a thunderstorm knocked it out! We wished the MBR was not right next to the kitchen because of noise from the kitchen, but otherwise it was a very livable space. Thanks, Tracy!

    This was the nicest of four VRBO properties we’ve stayed at in Sierra Vista in recent years. Very spacious, nicely decorated, beautiful bathrooms. Nice sitting area in back with thoughtful landscaping. Loved it!

    This was the best VRBO we've stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice with good pressure and hot wayer. The neighborhood was nice, with easy access to the base. Even, the game selection was great and no pieces appeared to be missing. Would rebook this one again if our travels ever take us back to Sierra Vista.

    Great Stay in Sierra Vista

    This is the second time we have stayed at Staycation at the Legends and it was just as great as the first time. The house is very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Our favorite spot was on the shady back patio. It's a great spot to relax. I would recommend this house to anyone. Thanks again Tracy & Doug...we'll be back.
