« This home was perfect for three adult women to use as a base to see the Huntington Garden in San Marino. It was safe, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The beds (two doubles and two twins in three bedrooms) were comfortable with cozy linens. The kitchen was spotless, well equipped and stocked with the basics. « This house was disgusting and full of spiders. The pool is 100% misrepresented, dirty with only two decomposing plastic chairs. All photos on the site were AI touched up. The bedding was not clean and one of the bathrooms was completely unusable. So far the host has offered to waive the cleaning fee, which is comical considering. We stayed 30 minutes to take pictures then went to a hotel. Working with VRBO on a refund. »

« Overall, our stay was very pleasant and I’d highly recommend! We were looking to accommodate all of us including dogs and the owner was super friendly and helpful. We didn’t end up bringing the dogs but it would’ve been a great property to let them run around. A couple things that could’ve been improved: 1. The owner sent us instructions on how to enter the entry code and lock but it wasn’t relevant to this lock so we ended up getting locked out. Luckily they were able to come help us out after...
