« 40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!! »

« This place exceeded all my hopes - beautifully set up with wonderful gardens, pool, hot tub and direct access to the beach. There was everything we needed and more - washer dryer, two bathrooms for fussy teens, ac, a perfect kitchen and extremely comfy beds. Gina and crew made us feel so welcome, and we loved Los Barriles itself. This was a terrific introduction to a part of Mexico we’ve not been in before, but will definitely return to! »

« This property is absolutely gorgeous! It is super private with a private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and patio. The upstairs patio is a great place to watch the sunrise! I did my morning yoga there and it was so peaceful. The kitchen was stocked well, lots of games/cards, and also BT speakers for use which was great! The nearby town of Los Barriles has everything you need to relax be it grocery, restaurants, rentals, medical, etc. Will 100% be back! »

« A group of friends and couples stayed at Villa Maria and we had a wonderful time. Marilu was a terrific host and was extremely responsive for the duration of our stay. The house was incredible -- note that the pictures online do not do it justice; it was truly the best looking house on the block. The house is close to downtown and also has terrific views of the pacific ocean and sunsets. 5/5 stars is not enough! »

« We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was very clean, modern, had everything you needed, and was in a safe environment. The bedrooms were really nice, each with large bathrooms! There were three porches and the backyard had a huge hot tub, nice pool and putting range. It was a great place to relax and unwind each evening. The Quivira Golf course was exceptional with spectacular ocean views. The boys had a great time fishing and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach at one of the sister...

« We had to book this last minute after being lied to about amenities in first rental. Owner was great - let us check in that day and even went over and spruced the place up. The rooftop is really nice and has a great view. It is located right by Costco and pretty close to town. There is a lot of construction going on in the area, but oddly enough the noice never disturbed us while sleeping or napping. Owner responded to any questions very quickly - even brought us matches to light the oven! Great...

« The casa was perfect and simple for our girls trip! The location couldn't get any better, no issues with walking or taking ubers to the marina and surrounding areas. We felt incredibly safe within the neighborhood with gated security. The private beach with breathtaking views. The casa with private pool was so refreshing. « This was a great place to stay right on the beach. It did get loud at night especially over the weekend but the listing and previous reviews prepared us for that. « The house was fantastic and was the perfect fit for our family trip. The place is only one house back from the beach, so we were out there all the time enjoying the water. We found fantastic snorkeling off the rocks just to the east of the property. The house was as advertised and really comfortable for our group of 5. I would recommend it for any family trip. « We loved our stay in this wonderful home. Unit is as advertised, is well appointed and the view is AMAZING! We ate in most nights because the location was perfect for us. It is located up the hill from the crazy of downtown Cabo, the marina and Medano beach if that’s what you’re looking for. 20 min from the amazing beaches in San Jose del Cabo and lovely downtown art district (which were our preferences).
