« Unfortunately this stay didn’t meet expectations at all for a 5* rating, it felt closer to 3*. The property is quite old and not well maintained, and it was noticeable throughout the resort, with cleaning equipment and supplies often left out in plain view around common areas. In our room, a technician came to fix the AC on arrival, but it ended up leaking water onto the floor. Two nights later, the AC stopped working entirely. When we reported it, we were initially told nothing could be done...

« Very nice hotel well place and clean Room are small and quite laud (you hear almost all what your neighbors does) Restaurant is ok but don’t try the pizza…. »
