« The Jay Suites teams has been very helpfull with all of our needs. The hotel is clean and quiet, near everything in Thamel. It has been a perfect second home while in Kathmandu! Thanks! »

« So nice hotel clean and good service healthy breakfast »

« Thank you Prabin and Team for hosting me twice, allowing early check in, keeping my bags safe during the trek and the very good attention for a nice relaxing stay »

« Ashish at reception is like a maestro/ making sure everything is working, guests are happy, etc. he does an awesome job! He has done challenges to work with, such as excessive noise from within the hotel due to an open staircase. It starts about 6:30 am with Oreo for Brfk down in the lobby ( all way up to higher levels) and really continues all day. Noise from outside is minimal. Breakfast is a nice selection. Bathroom is very small- two people don’t fit. Needs a bit of sprucing up; water noise...

« The grounds were beautiful though the room is dated. Staff is great. 5 star service. However there is no indoor pool as claimed in property details on Expedia. »

« Everything was amazing at the hotel. The staff was so helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is to upgrade the toilets. They were kind of disgusting to look at. »

« Well furnished newly built/renovated building. Equipped with all you need. Great location and quiet »

« I never expected a "wet bath" where the shower and toilet are combined - the water never got hot, let alone warm. There was no heat in the room. There is no food available on site. There was a cat camped outside our door. We paid for five nights and relocated after one. »
